1. Introduction
Hello and Welcome to Beauty by Ani or By Ani. These are our terms and conditions for ALL products sold on our website beautybyani.co.uk. All products sold are supplied directly from us, please take your time to read the terms and conditions before making a purchase. It is important to understand, when you order any of our products on our website or any third-party platform you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

3. Ordering
3.1. Placing an order with us is creating a contract between us. Once the order is placed you have confirmed ALL information provided is accurate.
3.2. After placing an order with Beauty by Ani you will receive an email from us acknowledging your order, in which we will provide an order number and summary of invoice. It is important to retain this information till the return period is over (30 days from delivery).
3.3. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. It can be cancelled for any reason, especially if we suspect any form of fraud or even a pricing error.
3.4. All orders are subject to product availability. Beauty by Ani has the right to cancel any order for any reason.
3.5. Prices can change however once your order has been confirmed and your basket has been paid for you are not liable for these changes.
3.6. Confirmation and acceptance of your order will be after you receive your DISPATCH CONFIRMATION email.
4. Payments
4.1. Prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and includes applicable UK VAT however delivery costs are not included in the product price. Delivery options will be provided at the time of checkout.
4.2. Delivery price will be added to the total amount due to once selected a delivery service from the available options.
4.3. We accept payments through Shopify, Pay pal, Klarna, and payments through debit card and credit cards.
4.4. Payments must be paid in full for Beauty by Ani to fulfill your order
4.5. By using a credit card/ debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card solely belongs to you and you have permission to use the cards. All credit/ debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by card issuers. If payment is refused, we will not be liable to accept your order. We are not liable for any delays or non-deliveries. Beauty by Ani has no responsibility for your card issuer or bank charging you because of our processing of your credit/ debit card payment.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. The price of shipping will be provided at the time of checkout. There will be options available to choose from.
5.2. We offer shipping all over the UK.
5.3. We will deliver all items in your order to the delivery address added at the time of checkout. We are not liable for any parcels sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by you.
5.4. Estimated delivery times are based on the delivery company
5.5. Once the parcel has been shipped, tracking details will be provided via email. For any delays Beauty by Ani are not responsible as it is beyond our control.
5.6. For missing parcels, full investigations will be carried out, before a final decision is made.
5.7. Once the parcel has been delivered it becomes your responsibility. Unless it is faulty or damaged in transit. We are not liable for any loss, damage or destruction after it has been delivered.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. You may cancel your order at any time before the products are dispatched to you. Once the dispatch email has been sent out the order cannot be cancelled. However, you have up to 28 days after receiving receipt to return.
6.2. Due to hygiene reasons some products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the products via email if they are defective.
6.3. Returns will be arranged by Beauty by Ani for defective items. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item
6.4. Returns made for non-defective items, items untouched and in their original & sealed packaging will be paid for by you.
6.5. Upon returned items will be checked before issuing a refund, if seals are broken or the item has been tampered with Beauty by Ani customer service team will be in touch via email to offer a return to you or partial refund. Beauty by Ani is a makeup brand, with a lot of products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on Beauty by Ani’s website and social media accounts, tis includes, all images, texts, logos is the property of BEAUTY BY ANI, it is protected by UK laws.
7.2. Beauty by ani trademark is registered under……………. Which is protected under UK trademark law.
8. Liability
8.1. Entering Beauty by Ani’s website or any social media accounts you agree to not use the contents for any unlawful purpose which could harm the website or other users entering the website.
8.2. All products from Beauty by Ani state the ingredients and how to use the products. The title and description state how and where to use the item. We are no liable for any death or personal injuries from mis using the product we have supplied and failure to follow the advice given.
8.3. You must follow all advice on the box and description on the website to keep all products we supply to you safe.
8.4. If any items are damaged or defective from transit, you must report the return as soon as the products have been delivered (return and refunds).
9. Governing Law
9.1. All the terms and conditions do not affect your statuary legal rights
10. Changes in the Terms & Conditions
10.1. We do reserve the right to change any terms and conditions at any time. The change will take effect immediately. If you purchase a product after the change in terms and conditions you are bound to the new change.
