Returns and Refunds

1.1.            You may cancel your order at any time before the products are dispatched to you. Once the dispatch email has been sent out the order cannot be cancelled. However, you have up to 28 days after receiving receipt to return.

1.2.            Due to hygiene reasons some products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the products via email if they are defective.

1.3.            Returns will be arranged by Beauty by Ani for defective items. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item

1.4.            Returns made for non-defective items, items untouched and in their original & sealed packaging will be paid for by you.

1.5.            Upon returned items will be checked before issuing a refund, if seals are broken or the item has been tampered with Beauty by Ani customer service team will be in touch via email to offer a return to you or partial refund. Beauty by Ani is a makeup brand, with a lot of products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
